ARCI, Hyderabad

“Thirty-five technologies, out of the lab and into the market.”

ARCI was built to solve a specific problem: the gap between a good idea in a lab and a working product in the market — the distance where most promising research quietly dies.

Its answer was to build the whole chain deliberately: materials, processes, machinery, and the people trained to run them, treated as one connected system rather than separate departments handing work off to each other.

Thirty-five technologies have made it all the way through — into commercial products, real manufacturing, real use. A coating that cuts the water needed to clean solar panels. Improvements to thermal plant efficiency. A battery built for the specific demands of drones, not adapted from something built for another purpose.

It is, in miniature, what it looks like when an institution is actually designed to carry an idea the full distance — not just discover it.
